COURIER
We courier to most addresses in South Africa, major cities carry a fixed cost while out of city areas may be more expensive. Dean’s customs have partnered with The Courier Guy for it's country wide deliveries.
Our preferred courier service is Economy Express
A highly cost-effective, service suitable for large consolidated consignments. Delivery within 48 to 72 hours, depending on final destination. Within major centres delivery normally happens within 24-48 hours. An overnight service is available at an additional rate.
Courier Guy SA can not be held responsible for delays in shipping, damages during shipping or items being lost during shipping unless additional insurance has been paid for by the client.
Deliveries happen week days only. Orders placed on Fridays are normally dispatched on Mondays. If you require your parcel same day or on a week end please email us to make arrangements.

0-2kg R140 + VAT - Within SA main centres. For outlying areas please contact us for courier cost estimates.
2-4Kg R150 +VAT - Within SA main centres. For outlying areas please contact us for courier cost estimates.
4-6Kg R160 +VAT - Within SA main centres. For outlying areas please contact us for courier cost estimates.

All courier companies work on volumetric weight, therefore the volume of the package of your purchase might be higher than the actual weight of the product.
Final collection time is 2pm. Orders placed after 2pm are sent next day.

Additional costs apply for heavier parcels and outlying areas. If you are unsure about your area please contact us first to work out a quote for you. Should you wish to cancel your order AFTER an order has been placed due to additional courier charges, we reserve the right to recoup bank and restocking fees due to refunds if the customer has not verified courier charges first. Outlying areas may take longer than 72 hours depending on final destination.
