Dean's Customs Bike Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Dean's Customs ("We", "Us", "Our") offers a six-month warranty on all bikes ("Product") purchased from us, commencing from the date of purchase. This warranty is limited to the original purchaser ("Customer", "You", "Your") and is non-transferable.

What is Covered

This warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. Should a defect arise and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, we will either:

1. Repair the defect at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts.
2. Replace the Product with a new or refurbished product.

Warranty Conditions

To maintain the validity of the warranty, the following conditions must be met:

1. Notification and Repair Process: In the event of a defect, the Customer must notify Dean's Customs immediately and return the Product to our facility for inspection and repair. The Customer is responsible for the cost of returning the Product to us.

2. Exclusions: This warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

   • Alterations or modifications of the Product, including the removal of parts.
   • Misuse, neglect, or damage from accidents.
   • Repairs conducted by anyone other than Dean's Customs authorized personnel.

3. Warranty Voidance: The warranty is void if the Customer:

   • Removes or alters any parts of the Product.
   • Attempts to repair the Product themselves or takes the Product to a third-party for repair.

Limitation of Liability

Dean's Customs shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product, even if Dean's Customs has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Governing Law

This warranty policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dean's Customs operates.

Policy Amendments

Dean's Customs reserves the right to amend this warranty policy at any time.
